Oliver Wyman is an American management consulting firm. Founded in New York City in 1984 by former Booz Allen Hamilton partners Alex Oliver and Bill Wyman, the firm has more than 60 offices in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, employing over 5,000 professionals.

Oliver Wyman Group (OWG) is currently located in the Arjaan Building, Dubai Media City, Dubai.

As part of its corporate real estate strategy, OWG has expanded the Office at Arjaan Tower, Media City, Dubai, UAE to Levels 10 & 11, having previously occupied levels 6,8 &9.

This most recent project involved a full fit out of Level 10 (15,900 sq ft) and Level 11 (11,900 sq ft). Based on the fact that TAS had been involved in the upgrade of IT, AV and security systems on the legacy offices on levels 6, 8 & 9, we were commissioned to do the design of all technology systems for the two new office spaces (level 10 in January 2023 and level 11 in July 2023)

 

Consideration was given to ensuring that business continuity be maintained during the construction as well as network system migration.

 

The total floor area of approximately 27,800 sq ft services desk positions as well as meeting rooms and executive suites.
